About the Role
Virtusa is seeking a Cards Testing professional with extensive experience in Vision Plus and Way4 platforms. The role involves testing card management systems, switch & transaction processing, and ensuring scheme compliance.

Responsibilities
- Perform testing on card management platforms including Vision Plus and Way4
- Validate switch and transaction processing flows
- Ensure scheme and regulatory compliance with VISA and Mastercard mandates
- Manage integrations with card switch, digital channels, ATM/CDM, IVR, mobile banking, and payment gateways
- Perform data migration validation, reconciliation, and production cutover support
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Vision Plus and Way4, NI Core, or any CMS covering card issuance, lifecycle management, billing, collections, statements, and customer serving
- Strong knowledge of card switch architecture, authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and end to end transaction flows
- Hands on experience with VISA and Mastercard mandates, certifications, EMV, 3DS, Tokenization, and regional regulatory initiatives
- Experience with integrations with Card Switch, Digital channels, ATM/CDM, IVR, mobile banking, and payment gateways
- Data migration validation, reconciliation, and production cutover support

Switch & Transaction Processing
- Strong knowledge of card switch architecture, authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation and end end transaction flows.
