Responsibilities
- Analyze portfolio trends and develop strategies to improve activation, usage and retention
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the credit card portfolio in line with business targets
- Support initiatives related to customer engagement and balance build, including end to end campaign management
- Support credit card instalment plans strategy, including design and sales strategy
- Design and implement lifecycle campaigns and customer engagement programs
- Optimize portfolio performance through segmentation, targeting, and offer personalization
- Provide execution support for campaign rollout, tracking, and reporting
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to align on campaign objectives and KPIs
- Help manage financial performance of the credit card portfolio, including forecasts and budgets
- Manage credit limit increase and decrease activities
Requirements
- 8 10 years in banking, payments, or consulting with focus on credit card portfolio optimization
- Mandatory: Cards Cross border payments, e commerce, and merchant partnerships
- Mandatory: Campaign execution, customer segmentation, and performance analytics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree or MBA preferred
- Knowledge of Cards P&L, Revenue, Loyalty programs and campaign management
- Fluent English required, Arabic fluency preferred
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
