Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions
Conduct, analyze and record results from patient treadmill testing
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including histories and physical examinations
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists
Manage follow-up care for patients with heart failure, coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, hypertension, and other cardiac conditions
Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and laboratory results
Provide patient education regarding disease management, medications, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care
Coordinate care with primary care providers, specialists, nursing staff, and ancillary departments
Provide weekly care at Lutheran Hillside Village in Peoria, IL
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently within the electronic medical record

Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $60.39 - $73.68
