Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare is seeking a Cardiac Care Nurse 3 to provide advanced-level nursing care in the assigned unit. The role involves mentoring junior nurses, managing complex cases, and ensuring high standards of patient care.

- Deliver high quality nursing care services focusing on complex cases.
- Assist in managing workflow ensuring proper resource utilization and providing mentorship to junior nurses.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and participates in the evaluation of patient outcomes.
- Achieve and/or Maintain the mandated set of activities for level 3 as outlined in the Clinical Advancement Program.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care from admission through discharge specific to the patient's age.
- Provide nursing care and patient/family education consistent with the plan of care and needs of the patients with respect for privacy, dignity, personal preference, and culture.
- Precept new hires and trainees during the probation training period and participates in making recommendations regarding progress and training needs.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency and life saving situations by utilizing clinical skills, critical thinking, and evidence based practices.
- Perform a wide range of nursing procedures with attention to accuracy, patient safety, and comfort while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment.
- Administer Chemotherapy and Biotherapy medications following the completion of the chemotherapy competency and requirements.
- Utilize standard guidelines and policy to assess, develop, and implement nursing care plan and evaluate the outcome for Palliative Care and Cellular Therapy patients.
Requirements
- 3 years International Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
- Current licensure as a professional registered nurse.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum 4 years of Nursing Experience including 2 years in Cardiac Care or related field.
- English: Fully Proficient.
- Arabic: Preferred.

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving the assigned unit's nursing practices.
- Participate in the development of protocols and processes to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.
- Pursue high staff engagement.
- Obtain high patient experience.
- Achieve and sustain high quality of care and patient safety.
- Support the empowerment of nurses through the enculturation of the JHAH nursing Professional Practice Model.
Operational Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality nursing care services focusing on complex cases.
- Assist in managing workflow ensuring proper resource utilization and providing mentorship to junior nurses.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and participates in the evaluation of patient outcomes.
- Achieve and/or Maintain the mandated set of activities for level 3 which is a minimum total of 20 points in at least four categories within each 12 month cycle as outlined in the Clinical Advancement Program.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care from admission through discharge specific to the patient's age.
- Provide nursing care and patient/family education consistent with the plan of care and needs of the patients with respect for the patient's privacy, dignity, personal preference, and culture, demonstrating acceptance, caring, and empathy utilizing appropriate resources when applicable.
