  • ****Responsibilities:****
  • Communicate effectively with potential customers and guide them through the car buying process
  • Provide comprehensive information about the features and characteristics of cash used cars
  • Assist customers in completing the necessary steps for cash payment and finalizing the purchase process
  • Address customer inquiries promptly, ensuring accurate and helpful information about cash used cars
  • Coordinate test drives and inspections for customers interested in purchasing
  • Collect and manage all required documents related to cash payments and the sales procedure
  • Negotiate car prices and financing terms with customers
  • Collaborate with the cash team to ensure a smooth payment and financing process
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have 2+ proven years of experience in cars sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Knowledge of financing and payment processes for used cars
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software
