- ****Responsibilities:****
- Communicate effectively with potential customers and guide them through the car buying process
- Provide comprehensive information about the features and characteristics of cash used cars
- Assist customers in completing the necessary steps for cash payment and finalizing the purchase process
- Address customer inquiries promptly, ensuring accurate and helpful information about cash used cars
- Coordinate test drives and inspections for customers interested in purchasing
- Collect and manage all required documents related to cash payments and the sales procedure
- Negotiate car prices and financing terms with customers
- Collaborate with the cash team to ensure a smooth payment and financing process
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have 2+ proven years of experience in cars sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of financing and payment processes for used cars
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
