About the Role

  • Seeking an enthusiastic, customer centric, motivated Fresh Graduate to join Riyadh workshop team as Junior Service Advisor.
  • You will be the vital link between customers and technical team, trained to manage the entire customer service journey.
  • Excellent entry level opportunity for a Saudi national graduate to kickstart a career in automotive operations and service management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Reception: Warmly greet customers upon arrival, creating a professional first impression.
  • Service Consultation: Listen to customer concerns, accurately document symptoms, and open official job cards.
  • Internal Liaison: Act as primary bridge between customer and technicians, communicating vehicle issues clearly.
  • Cost Estimation & Approvals: Present repair estimates, explain scope of work, and obtain explicit customer approvals.
  • Status Updates (SLA Management): Proactively contact customers via phone or WhatsApp to provide progress updates.
  • Quality & Delivery Check: Ensure vehicle is clean and fully inspected before handover; explain invoice and work performed.
  • Customer Retention: Resolve minor complaints professionally and follow up post service to build long term trust.
