Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers upon arrival and create a professional first impression
- Listen to customer concerns, document symptoms, and open official job cards on the system
- Act as the primary bridge between customer and workshop technicians, communicating vehicle issues clearly
- Present repair estimates, explain scope of work, and obtain customer approvals before service begins
- Proactively contact customers via phone or WhatsApp to provide progress updates
- Ensure vehicle is clean and fully inspected before handover; explain invoice and work performed
- Resolve minor customer complaints professionally and follow up post service
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- No prior experience required (Fresh Graduates encouraged)
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); good command of English is highly desirable
- Genuine passion for cars and eagerness to learn automotive technical basics

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience: No prior experience required (Fresh Graduates highly encouraged); internship or cooperative training in customer service or automotive sector is a plus
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); good command of English is highly desirable
- Technical Affinity: Genuine passion for cars and eagerness to learn automotive technical basics
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
