- Deliver a consultative, process driven sales experience from first enquiry to handover
- Match customers with the right vehicle and finance solution based on genuine needs
- Drive pipeline through showroom walk ins, inbound leads, prospecting, and follow ups
- Source vehicles from the market and bring them into GTA stock on consignment (SOR)
- Hit and exceed monthly targets across unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add ons
- Keep clean, accurate CRM records throughout every deal
Requirements
- Hands on experience in automotive sales (UAE experience preferred, but strong UK/European/Australian dealership backgrounds considered)
- Solid knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and the premium/performance segment
- Confidence in outbound communication and vehicle procurement
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Based in Dubai and available for an immediate start

About the Role
- GTA Cars, one of Dubai's most established premium used car dealerships, is looking for a driven Sales & Consignment Executive to join the team.
What You Need to Have
- Hands on experience in automotive sales — UAE experience preferred, but strong UK/European/Australian dealership backgrounds are seriously considered.
- Solid knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and the premium/performance segment.
- Confidence in outbound communication and vehicle procurement.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
