Overview

  • Handle customer inquiries for daily, weekly, and monthly car rentals.
  • Promote rental packages, upgrades, and additional services to maximize sales.
  • Prepare quotations, rental agreements, and booking confirmations.
  • Coordinate with operations and fleet teams for vehicle availability and delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
  • Follow up on leads, renewals, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
  • Corporate Acquisition: Identify and sign long-term (1–3 year) lease contracts with SMEs and large corporations in the UAE.
  • Outside Sales: Conduct field visits to industrial areas in Dubai and business hubs to pitch fleet solutions.
  • Tender Management: Prepare and submit formal bids for government and private sector transportation tenders.
  • Account Management: Manage the full lifecycle of corporate clients, including vehicle replacements, contract renewals, and upsells.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor leasing rates and 'Buy-Back' trends to suggest competitive pricing strategies.
