- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, and legal notices
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements
- Handle employment and labour law matters, including HR policies and disputes
- Advise on litigation strategy and coordinate with external law firms where required
- Support debt recovery, commercial disputes, and risk management
- Assist with company formation, licensing, regulatory approvals, and compliance
- Protect the company's legal interests across all business units
- Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders when necessary
Requirements
- Experience in providing legal advice on corporate, commercial, and operational matters
- Knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, MOUs, and legal notices
- Ability to handle employment and labour law matters, including HR policies and disputes
- Experience in advising on litigation strategy and coordinating with external law firms
- Ability to support debt recovery, commercial disputes, and risk management
- Experience with company formation, licensing, regulatory approvals, and compliance
- Ability to liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders
