Role Summary
The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced and service-focused Captain Waiter.
The role leads floor service and coordinates the service team to deliver refined, personalized dining experiences for members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead an assigned section and support waiters, waitresses, and food and beverage runners during service.
- Welcome members and guests, recognize preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, beverages, and service sequences.
- Coordinate with culinary and beverage teams for accurate, timely, and well-presented orders.
- Monitor table progression, service flow, and guest requirements.
- Handle feedback and service concerns and support effective service recovery.
- Maintain table presentation, service stations, hygiene, and operational procedures to Club standards.
