Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and timely service of meals to all customers
- Monitor service quality and ensure HACCP standard processes are followed
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution
- Maintain a friendly, respectful, and service oriented atmosphere
- Ensure proper setup of dining hall (tables, counters, service stations)
- Monitor cleanliness, arrangement, and overall appearance
- Control crowd flow, especially during peak mealtimes
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food replenishment
- Monitor and record food temperature in self contained digital tablet
- Enforce hygiene standards (HACCP, food safety, personal hygiene)
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, utensils, and equipment
- Conduct regular checks and report non compliance
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality / Catering
- Three (3) years of experience in industrial catering, camps, or institutional dining
- HACCP Certified
- Basic computer skills for reporting
- Course certificate in Basic first aid and CPR
