Job Purpose

  • The Campaign Permits & Marketing Specialist will support the coordination and processing of regulatory approvals, permits, and campaign closure requirements for marketing campaigns.

Key Result Areas

  • Receive and review permit requests from stakeholders to ensure required details and documentation are complete.
  • Coordinate permit applications for marketing campaigns in line with regulatory timelines.
  • Ensure campaign creatives, Terms & Conditions, and required supporting documents are available prior to submission.
  • Support adherence to government regulations and internal guideline requirements for campaigns.
  • Prepare and maintain permit application forms and campaign related documentation.
  • Coordinate payment requests and permit processing requirements.
  • Liaise with Marketing, Admin and external parties to support campaign approvals and timelines.
  • Follow up on pending approvals and communicate updates or changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain campaign permit and closure trackers to monitor timelines and status.
  • Review and collect closure documentation to ensure completeness and timely submission.
  • Support closure of promotional, social media, and campaign activities within required timelines.
  • Highlight delays, incomplete documentation, or compliance concerns to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, administration, campaign support, or compliance related roles.
  • Exposure to regulated environments or permit processes is an advantage.

Skills

  • Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Good communication and follow up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tracking/reporting tools.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; English and Arabic language.
