- Map and analyze end to end customer journey, identifying touchpoints and interactions across various channels
- Design and deliver multi channel campaigns and campaigns measurement
- Design and execute performance test and A/B tests to ensure campaigns are optimized
- Implement changes to optimize campaign performance through data driven insights
- Use data driven insights to make informed decisions, analyzing customer behavior, preferences, and engagement patterns
- Support CRM strategy and establish rules for customer interactions, ensuring consistent and personalized communication
- Build customer segments and audiences to target the right customers
- Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements
- 4 years + in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of design and deliver multi channel campaigns
- Proficient to execute performance test and A/B tests
- Experience in financial industry will be an advantage

- Support CRM strategy and establish rules for customer interactions, ensuring consistent and personalized communication. These rules guide when, how, and through which channels customers receive messages.
- Build customer segments and audiences to target the right customers
- Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience
