  • **Mandatory – Min 2-3 years of experience in a call centre environment, with proven ability to handle escalations and complex complaints.**

Responsibilities

Manage and resolve escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Serve as the primary point of contact for high-priority customer issues.

Investigate cases, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, warehouse, brand partners) to ensure timely resolution.

Maintain detailed case records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Support continuous improvement by identifying service gaps and recommending enhancements.
