- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding treatments, services, pricing, and appointments
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments
- Convert inquiries into booked consultations and treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records and CRM updates
- Follow up with leads and existing patients to maximize patient retention
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and reception staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service while understanding each patient's needs and preferences
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a clinic, healthcare, aesthetic, wellness, hospitality, or customer service environment preferred
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship building skills
- Knowledge of aesthetic, cosmetic, wellness, and healthcare treatments is highly desirable
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and patient focused approach
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment
- Strong computer and CRM skills
