Role Overview

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • De escalate situations involving dissatisfied customer, offering patient assistance and support.
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or service.
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in system.
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high level management.
  • Effectively handle all center systems/software.
  • Controlling work orders.
  • Improved customer service.
