Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Efficiently take orders from customers over the phone, ensuring all necessary details are accurately captured
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to share information and resolve issues
- Handle cash
- Communicate customer orders clearly to kitchen staff
- Double check orders for accuracy before they are packed for delivery
- Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Process customer payments accurately, including cash and electronic payments
Requirements
- 1 year of cashiering experience (preferred)
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
- 1 year of Excel experience (required)
- 1 year of CRM software experience (preferred)
- Arabic language (required)
- English language (preferred)
