Work as a Tagalog-speaking Call Center Agent supporting business development, sales, retention, and after-sales activities.
The role requires at least three years of BPO industry experience.
Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in a BPO industry.
- Experience handling either inbound or outbound calls.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Sales experience is an advantage.
- Tagalog language ability is required for the role.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate possible business relationships.
- Perform outbound calls and sales activities over the phone and through other communication channels.
- Support customer and client retention.
- Provide after-sales support.
Pay
- The description states pay of AED 2,500 to AED 5,000 per hour.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
