Accountant (tagalog speaking)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage payroll, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, collections, costing, tax filing, and client communication.

The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, maintain compliance with tax regulations, and support the company's day-to-day financial operations.

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage accounts payable, including verifying invoices and processing supplier payments.
• Manage accounts receivable, including preparing invoices and monitoring customer payments.
• Follow up on outstanding collections and overdue accounts.
• Prepare product, project, or service cost analyses and monitor operational costs.
• Maintain and update cost records, ensuring accurate allocation of expenses.
• Prepare and file tax returns, including VAT and other applicable taxes, within statutory deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and maintain accurate tax records and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with clients regarding invoices, payments, and account-related inquiries.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
