Accountant (tagalog speaking)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage accounts payable, including invoice verification and supplier payments.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and monitoring customer payments.
• Follow up on outstanding collections and overdue accounts.
• Prepare cost analyses and monitor operational costs.
• Maintain cost records and allocate expenses accurately.
• Prepare and file VAT and other applicable tax returns within statutory deadlines.
• Maintain tax records and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with clients about invoices, payments, and account inquiries.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
• Record financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
• Assist with monthly financial and management reports and perform assigned accounting and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, taxation, costing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Knowledge of VAT and applicable tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay

• AED 2,500 to AED 5,000 per month.

Work Location

• Work is in person.
