Position Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Arabic Bilingual Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions efficiently.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Arabic and English
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult customers professionally
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts if required
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer support or telesales
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Working Conditions
- Office-based environment
- Rotational shifts may apply
- Standard working hours as per company policy
- Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
