genU is looking for a hands-on and supportive Site Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our café sites. You'll help create a welcoming environment for customers while coaching and supporting employees of all abilities to build confidence, develop skills, and thrive at work

As our Site Supervisor, you'll:
Keep daily café operations running efficiently and safely
Mentor and train team members to build skills and confidence
Maintain great food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards
Support continuous improvement and create a positive customer experience
Hospitality experience - café, restaurant or similar environment
A positive, patient and supportive leadership style
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
An enthusiasm for working alongside people of all abilities
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
