We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Cafe Manager to oversee daily cafe operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, and maintain operational efficiency and profitability.
Roles & Responsibilities (Rr)
- Manage day-to-day cafe operations
- Supervise and schedule cafe staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service
- Monitor inventory and place supply orders
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Track sales and control operational costs
- Train and motivate team members
- Coordinate with suppliers and management
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in cafe or restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills
- UAE hospitality experience preferred
- Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
