Role overview
The posting seeks a Restaurant Operations Manager for a fine-dining branch in Abu Dhabi.
The role oversees restaurant operations, financial performance, supply chain, operational standards, and team development.
Restaurant operations
- Oversee daily operations across all restaurant outlets and conduct regular outlet inspections.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, cost control, customer feedback, operational reports, and business improvement.
- Develop and enforce SOPs, cleaning schedules, and opening and closing procedures.
- Drive operational consistency and continuous improvement across locations.
Financial and commercial management
- Manage P&L performance across outlets.
- Develop and monitor budgets, sales targets, revenue, operating costs, COGS, waste, spoilage, and portion control.
- Analyse business performance and implement corrective actions.
Supply chain and inventory
- Oversee stock counts, purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and uninterrupted product availability.
- Optimise stock levels and inventory management to support cash flow.
