- Ensure meat products are fresh, properly stored, and attractively displayed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and tools
- Monitor product quality and remove expired or damaged items
- Assist customers by providing product information and recommending suitable cuts
- Weigh, label, and price meat products accurately
- Receive and inspect meat deliveries for quality and quantity
- Minimize waste through proper handling and storage practices
- Support inventory control and stock replenishment
Requirements
- Experience in meat cutting and preparation
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures
