About the Role

- Manage and process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and accounts payable transactions
- Verify invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents before processing payments
- Prepare supplier payment schedules and ensure timely payments
- Maintain accurate records of supplier accounts and reconcile outstanding balances
- Perform supplier statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor accounts payable aging reports and follow up on pending invoices
- Process petty cash, expenses, and related accounting entries
- Coordinate with purchasing, branches, and suppliers regarding invoice and payment issues
- Assist in month end closing activities and prepare required reports
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all payable related transactions
- Follow company policies and accounting procedures
Requirements
- Experience in accounts payable or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
