Job Summary
- The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of the supermarket branch, ensuring smooth day to day operations, excellent customer service, sales growth, profitability, inventory control, and compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities Operations Management
- Manage the daily operations of the supermarket to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully operational at all times.
- Maintain high standards of product availability, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Monitor branch performance and implement action plans to achieve operational goals.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Profitability
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, food safety standards, and health & safety requirements.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness throughout the branch.
- Ensure all licenses and statutory requirements remain valid.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Report sales performance, staffing, inventory, and operational issues to management.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
