Responsibilities
- Manage overall business unit strategy, including planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring for Critical Care and Surgical product lines
- Lead and coach sales and marketing teams, set targets, track KPIs, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives
- Collaborate with key healthcare stakeholders including hospital management, clinicians, and procurement departments
- Identify opportunities, support product adoption, and build long term relationships
- Coordinate with regulatory, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure compliant operations and efficient product availability
- Report on market trends, competitive activity, and business growth
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing business units or product lines in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a related field
- Strong skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management
- Proven leadership abilities with experience supervising teams
- Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills for working with hospital decision makers
- Solid understanding of critical care and surgical environments
- Ability to analyze data and interpret market trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
- Comfort working on site in hospital and clinical environments with willingness to travel within Riyadh Region
