Requirements
- Strong sales skills with proven track record in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals, ideally in orthopedics, pain management, or rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Robust analytical skills to interpret market data and develop territory strategies
- Experience in training healthcare staff or sales teams
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare market and regulatory environment
- Ability to work independently, manage field based schedule, and travel within Abu Dhabi
