Role Details
The role is a Business Systems Analyst focused on NICE Actimize in the banking and financial-services domain.
The contract is for 12 months and is open to full-time consideration as well.
The position is based in Toronto, Ontario, with a hybrid arrangement requiring three to four onsite days.
Pay
- The pay rate is CAD 48 to CAD 50 per hour on an incorporated basis.
Required Skills
- Experience configuring and supporting NICE Actimize workflows and Case Management.
- Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, CTR, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, SAR, and CDD/EDD.
- Experience with business requirements, functional specifications, and workflow documentation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Banking or financial-services experience is preferred.
- SQL and CAMS certification are pluses.
