Mandatory Skills
- At least 6 years of enterprise engineering, platform engineering, or senior technical support experience, preferably in financial services.
- Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, supporting, and scaling enterprise AI or LLM products.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Purview or DLP, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Platform.
- Strong Python, PowerShell, automation, and scripting skills with CI/CD understanding.
- Experience with AI security, compliance, access management, SSO or SCIM, audit logging, DLP, and responsible AI policies.
- Experience troubleshooting Level 3 engineering issues, managing incidents and problems, performing RCA, and supporting platform reliability.
- Experience integrating Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, identity platforms, connectors, and enterprise AI applications.
- Ability to train and mentor Level 2 and 2.5 support teams and work with Microsoft or vendor engineers.
- Experience contributing to AI-agent automation for support and quality assurance.
Role Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, support, and scale enterprise AI and LLM products.
- Integrate Microsoft and enterprise systems, identity platforms, connectors, and AI applications.
- Troubleshoot complex Level 3 engineering issues and manage incidents, problems, RCA, and reliability.
- Develop automation and scripting solutions using Python and PowerShell.
- Implement AI security, compliance, access, audit, DLP, and responsible AI controls.
- Train and mentor Level 2 and 2.5 support teams.
- Collaborate with Microsoft and vendor engineers.
- Contribute to AI-agent automation for support and quality assurance.
