Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, processes, workflows, and operational challenges to identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather, document, validate, and prioritize business and system requirements with stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical requirements.
- Analyze systems, applications, workflows, and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Design system solutions aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Develop process models, workflow diagrams, use cases, user stories, and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, IT specialists, and project managers throughout the SDLC.
- Evaluate APIs, databases, integrations, data flows, and dependencies across business applications.
- Support ERP, CRM, financial, operational, HR, and other enterprise-system initiatives.
- Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, solution discussions, and process review sessions.
