Role Overview
Full-time Assurance Professional role supporting audit engagements, financial reviews, risk assessments, internal controls, and assurance activities.
The role works with finance teams, management, auditors, and stakeholders to support reliable and compliant financial information.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute audit and assurance engagements using established standards and methodologies.
- Review financial statements, accounting records, transactions, and supporting documentation.
- Perform audit testing, substantive procedures, analytical reviews, risk assessments, and control assessments.
- Evaluate internal controls, accounting processes, financial reporting procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Identify risks, discrepancies, unusual transactions, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare working papers, findings, reports, supporting schedules, and confidential engagement records.
- Support internal, external, regulatory, statutory, and compliance-related assurance activities.
- Communicate findings to management and stakeholders and monitor corrective action implementation.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Stay updated on accounting standards, auditing standards, regulations, and industry practices.
