Business Support Administrator

Manage inventory and oversee ordering of office equipment and stock.

Produce simple customer quotes and liaise with relevant teams for approval.

Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation for internal reporting and audits.

Support general office administration, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and document management.

Assist with procurement administration and supplier management.

Provide information for forecasting and budgeting as required .

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, project management, production ) to ensure smooth flow of information.

Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives from leadership and central functions.

Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation.

Assist with event logistics support (where required ).

Proactive, organised, and dependable with a “can-do” attitude.

Comfortable working independently while supporting multiple leaders.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise confidently with colleagues, clients, and central teams.
