- Follow up on all incoming leads and maintain regular communication with prospective clients
- Coordinate between sales team, operations team, and clients throughout the business setup process
- Monitor and track progress of company formation, licensing, visa, and related government processes
- Ensure all required documents are collected, verified, and submitted on time
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and application statuses in CRM
- Liaise with relevant authorities, free zones, and government departments when required
- Provide clients with updates regarding progress of their applications and business setup requirements
- Escalate delays or issues and proactively work towards resolving them
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow up and efficient coordination
- Support the sales team in converting leads into successful business setup clients
Requirements
- Prior experience in the UAE business setup industry
- Strong knowledge of company formation procedures
