- Follow up with leads and clients to drive conversions and close sales
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Coordinate with government departments and Free Zone authorities to facilitate company formation
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities within the CRM system
Requirements
- Experience in UAE business setup services or sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of UAE company formation procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced, results driven, and customer focused Business Setup Consultant (Arabic Speaking) to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE business setup services, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- This role requires advising clients on company formation options across the UAE, identifying the most suitable business setup solutions, and managing the entire process from consultation to company incorporation.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
