Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced, results driven, and customer focused Business Setup Consultant (Arabic Speaking) to join our growing team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE business setup services, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful business opportunities.
  • This role requires advising clients on company formation options across the UAE, identifying the most suitable business setup solutions, and managing the entire process from consultation to company incorporation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and requirements.
  • Provide expert consultation on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation in the UAE.
  • Explain licensing structures, visa eligibility, residency requirements, and regulatory procedures.
  • Prepare and present customized quotations, proposals, and business setup solutions.
  • Follow up with leads and clients to drive conversions and close sales.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with government departments, Free Zone authorities, and relevant entities to facilitate company formation processes.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales activities within the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in UAE company formation or sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of UAE company formation procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
