Role Overview
Join the team as a Business Setup Advisor supporting sales and business consultancy in the UAE market.
The role is suitable for freshers looking to begin a career in sales and business consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote business setup services in the UAE.
- Explain company formation processes, licensing, and related services.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client database and CRM information.
- Follow up with leads through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
- Coordinate with PRO and documentation teams for client onboarding.
- Provide customer service and resolve client queries professionally.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience may apply.
- Telesales or sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required.
- Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
- Confident, persuasive, target-driven attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
