Role Overview
The company is hiring enthusiastic and motivated Business Setup Advisors.
The role is intended for freshers beginning a career in sales and business consultancy within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote business setup services in the UAE.
- Explain company formation processes, licensing, and related services.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client databases in the CRM.
- Follow up through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture relationships.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
- Coordinate with PRO and documentation teams during client onboarding.
- Provide customer service and resolve client queries professionally.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Telesales or sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills are required.
- Arabic or Hindi is advantageous.
- A confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude is required.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools, is required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets is required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are required.
