The role involves transforming design concepts and drawings into realistic, high-quality 3D visuals and renders.

Create high-quality 3D interior models, concepts, and photorealistic renders.
Develop 3D visuals for villa, residential, commercial, retail, office, and hospitality projects.
Interpret architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts and convert them into accurate 3D models.
Create realistic materials, textures, lighting, furniture, and interior elements.
Prepare high-quality renders using 3ds Max with Corona or V-Ray.
Develop multiple design options based on client requirements.
Revise designs based on client, designer, and project manager comments.
Ensure accurate dimensions, proportions, finishes, and detailing in 3D models.
Coordinate with design and project teams so visuals match the proposed design and site requirements.
Prepare presentation-quality images for client presentations, proposals, and marketing purposes.
Maintain organized 3D files, materials, textures, and project documentation.
