Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Business Process Specialist

to support Business Excellence initiatives through

process documentation, standardization, and improvement

across

Customer Experience

functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct stakeholder workshops and gather process requirements.
  • Design
  • To-Be processes
  • and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain

Sops

  • and BPM documentation.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support re-engineering initiatives.
  • Analyze KPIs and process performance metrics.
  • Ensure alignment with BPM governance and standards.
  • Coordinate reviews, approvals, and process sign-offs.

Required Skills

  • Experience in

Bpm & Bpr Methodologies

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio/ ARIS / Microsoft Visio (preferred)
  • **Salesforce experience**
  • preferred
  • **CX Transformation experience**
  • across Marketing, Sales, Leasing, Operations, Maintenance, and Mobile Apps
  • GCC Real Estate experience preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
  • **Lean Six Sigma Green Belt**
  • preferred

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum
  • 5+ years
  • of experience as a Business Analyst / BPM Specialist or similar role
  • Experience in real estate, government, or large enterprise environments preferred.
