About the Role
Raqmiyat is looking for an experienced Business Process Specialist to support Business Excellence initiatives through process documentation, standardization, and improvement across Customer Experience functions.

- Conduct stakeholder workshops and gather process requirements
- Design To Be processes and workflows
- Develop and maintain SOPs and BPM documentation
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support re engineering initiatives
- Analyze KPIs and process performance metrics
- Ensure alignment with BPM governance and standards
- Coordinate reviews, approvals, and process sign offs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / BPM Specialist or similar role
- Experience in BPM & BPR methodologies
- Hands on experience with SAP Signavio/ARIS/Microsoft Visio (preferred)
- Salesforce experience preferred
- CX Transformation experience across Marketing, Sales, Leasing, Operations, Maintenance, and Mobile Apps
- GCC Real Estate experience preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
