Provide expert guidance on Sales operations/CRM features, capabilities, and how business processes connect across systems

Provide post-implementation functional support, triaging and resolving process-related issues
Create detailed solution design documentation, including process flows, data models, and system/data touchpoints at the functional level
Product Owner Responsibilities (TaskRay)
Own and prioritize the TaskRay product backlog, balancing business value, urgency, and dependencies
Translate functional requirements for TaskRay (templates, resource planner, automations, project workflows) into well-formed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team on TaskRay scope, priority, and trade-off decisions

Participate in and help facilitate Agile ceremonies for the TaskRay workstream, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives
Define sprint goals and maintain a release roadmap for TaskRay in partnership with global IT and delivery teams
Review and accept completed TaskRay work against acceptance criteria, coordinating UAT with business stakeholders before release
Communicate TaskRay roadmap, priorities, and delivery status to business stakeholders and leadership
Lead quarterly QBR departmental reviews for TaskRay, reporting on adoption, performance, and outcomes
Define and maintain KPIs for TaskRay usage and delivery performance
Conduct quarterly business reviews with TaskRay user teams, including ODE, CAE, GSE, and CSG (Spirent teams TBD)
Maintain backlog cleanliness, ensuring items are current, well-defined, and free of duplicates or stale requests
Lead quarterly review of enhancement and idea requests, prioritizing and aligning them to user stories/sprint assignments or backlog priority (High/Medium/Low)
Required Skills
Requirements elicitation, gathering, and business process mapping across current-state and future-state workflows
Fit-gap analysis: assessing business requirements against standard Salesforce capabilities and recommending configuration or process alternatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements
Solution design and documentation, including process flows, data models, and functional specifications
Proficiency building Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
Data management and data quality stewardship, including data models, deduplication, and validation from a functional standpoint
Functional and user acceptance test design, including writing test scripts and validating delivered work against acceptance criteria
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, able to explain solutions and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Experience with cross-cloud Salesforce (SFDC) implementations spanning multiple business functions
Experience supporting solution delivery from testing through go-live, ensuring functional requirements are met
Experience acting as Product Owner or similar backlog-owning role within an Agile delivery team, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria
Ability to make prioritization trade-offs and communicate them clearly to both business stakeholders and delivery teams
Experience defining and tracking KPIs, and leading quarterly business reviews with cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred Skills
Experience as a TaskRay Functional Consultant: gathering onboarding/post-sale process requirements, configuring TaskRay templates, resource planner, and automations, and mapping customer-facing project workflows through configuration
Working knowledge of the TaskRay data model (Projects, Templates, Tasks, Resources) sufficient to advise on functional design and configuration options
Experience with other Salesforce AppExchange products
Knowledge of change management principles
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) and tools (TaskRay preferred, Smartsheet, Easy Project)
Understanding of service and application lifecycle management
Determines and develops approaches to complex business process/system assignments
Leads business-process-related projects, applying in-depth experience to influence outcomes
Solves complex problems independently, drawing on in-depth process and platform experience
Recognized internally as an experienced practitioner in Salesforce functional/business process design
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience
Typically 6–7 years of relevant experience in Salesforce business analysis, functional consulting, or CRM process design
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead process initiatives with minimal oversight
