- Document end to end business processes (inputs, outputs, roles, systems, controls).
- Develop process maps, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses.
- Collect and analyze operational data.
- Support creation of reports and dashboards.
- Provide insights to support decision making and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in developing tool/process/data analytics/reporting optimization solutions.
- Track action plans and ensure follow up on improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Sciences/Management, BI, or similar.
- Strong interest in data analytics, reporting, processes, and workflow.
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (Power Query, Power BI).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.

Overview of the role

How you will make contributions that matter

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Sciences/Management, BI (or similar).

- Familiarity with digital tools: data analytics and visualization tool (Power Query, PowerBI).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in English and French.

Salary
- Salary: CAD 68,630 CAD 90,080 per year.
