Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic communications advisor to stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities to support business priorities and strengthen employee engagement.
- Apply strong critical thinking and editorial judgment to craft clear, engaging narratives tailored to diverse audiences across internal and external channels.
- Ensure consistency and integrity of Saputo’s brand across all communication channels and materials.
- Develop and execute integrated, multi channel communication plans and campaigns, leveraging intranet, email, digital signage, and events.
- Continuously optimize internal communication channels, including intranet and email platforms, ensuring content is relevant, user friendly, and aligned with governance.
- Proactively explore and adopt emerging tools, technologies, and best practices (e.g., AI, Smart Brevity, visual storytelling) to modernize internal communications.
- Monitor and analyze communication performance using engagement metrics, readership, feedback, and use insights to refine content and tactics.
- Contribute to the planning and maintenance of the corporate editorial calendar.
- Design and produce visually compelling communications (e.g., presentations, infographics, intranet features, email layouts) that simplify complex information.
- Coordinate translation processes and ensure rigorous quality control to maintain accuracy, tone, and consistency across languages.
- Support and contribute to a range of Corporate Communications initiatives, events, and related activities as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in internal or corporate communications.
- Excellent oral and written skills in French and English, including grammar.
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise and engaging communications.
- Ability to manage several projects at once and to work under pressure.
- Strong experience with digital communication platforms (e.g., intranet/CMS and email platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to create visually engaging content using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong empathy and a people focused mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong creativity and ability to develop innovative, engaging communication approaches and formats.
- Team spirit.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications

Salary
- Salary: $68,630 to $90,080
