- Document end to end business processes (inputs, outputs, roles, systems, controls).
- Develop process maps, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses.
- Collect and analyze operational data.
- Support the creation of reports and dashboards.
- Provide insights to support decision making and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in developing tool/process/data analytics/data reporting optimization solutions.
- Track action plans and ensure follow up on improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Sciences/Management, BI (or similar)
- Strong interest in data analytics and reporting, processes, workflow and attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital tools: data analytics and visualization tool (Power Query, PowerBI)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications

Salary
- Salary: CAD 68,630 CAD 90,080.
