- Architect scalable AI solutions: design and maintain enterprise AI architectures for model development, deployment, and monitoring
- Deliver high impact use cases: translate business needs into technical solutions and lead solution design reviews
- Lead data engineering and MLOps: ensure high quality data pipelines and implement MLOps practices for model lifecycle management
- Advance agentic AI capabilities: design and deploy autonomous AI agents that can plan, reason, and act independently
- Ensure governance and compliance: embed ethical AI practices, data privacy, and security controls into all solutions
- Collaborate and enable: partner with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to deliver AI solutions
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development or data engineering
- Proven technical leadership and strong business acumen
- Ability to navigate complex, global environments across diverse teams and time zones
- Hands on experience in requirements gathering, systems design, and Agile based solution delivery
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Bilingualism in English (required) and French (preferred)

Overview of the Role
- Saputo is seeking an IT Architect, Artificial Intelligence – Technical Design.
- Reporting to the IT Director, Artificial Intelligence, the AI Solution Architect will design and deliver scalable, enterprise grade AI solutions.
- This role combines strategic thinking with deep technical expertise in AI architecture, machine learning, and data engineering.
- You will work with cutting edge technologies including predictive analytics, generative AI, and autonomous AI agents.

Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven technical leadership and strong business acumen to drive strategic architectural decisions.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development or data engineering, with a track record of deploying scalable, data driven solutions.
- Ability to navigate complex, global environments across diverse teams, time zones, and cultures.
- Hands on experience in requirements gathering, systems design, and Agile based solution delivery.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with agentic AI systems or multi agent frameworks is a strong asset.
- Bilingualism in English (required) and French (preferred).
Salary
- Salary: CAD 104,265 to CAD 136,850.
