- Document end to end business processes (inputs, outputs, roles, systems, controls)
- Develop process maps, SOPs, and workflow diagrams
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses
- Collect and analyze operational data
- Support the creation of reports and dashboards
- Provide insights to support decision making and improvement opportunities
- Assist in developing tool/process/data analytics/data reporting optimization solutions
- Track action plans and ensure follow up on improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Sciences/Management, BI (or similar)
- Strong interest in data analytics and reporting, processes, workflow and attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital tools: data analytics and visualization tool (Power Query, PowerBI)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
- Ability to communicate in English and French

Overview of the role
- Saputo is seeking a Junior Business Process / CI Analyst for an existing opportunity.
- Working closely with business stakeholders, the analyst contributes to continuous improvement projects by documenting current processes, analyzing performance data, and supporting implementation of solutions such as automation, standardization, and process redesign.
How you will make contributions that matter
- Document end to end business processes (inputs, outputs, roles, systems, controls)

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications

Salary
- Salary: CAD 68,630 CAD 90,080 per year
