About the Role

- Design, develop, test, implement, measure and manage processes
- Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group
- Conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Design and produce regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards
- Lead or participate in change management activities including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives
Requirements
- 1 2 years of relevant experience and post secondary degree in related field or equivalent
- Lean Six Sigma belt (minimum yellow belt)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical problem solving skills

Overview
- Insight Global is seeking a Process Analyst responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, measuring and managing processes.
- Processes may be related to fulfillment, operations, services, sales, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group.
- Influencing and negotiating to achieve business objectives.
- Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.
- Assists in the development of strategic plans.
- Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision making.
- Helps determine business priorities and best sequence for execution of business/group strategy.
- Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.
- Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Builds effective relationships and collaborates with internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensures alignment between stakeholders.
- Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.
- Designs and produces regular and ad hoc reports, and dashboards.
Must Have Qualifications
- 1 2 years of relevant experience and post secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Lean 6 sigma belt (minimum yellow belt)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical problem solving skills
