• Education: University or college degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or equivalent experience • Experience: 5+years of HR Experience, including 2+ years in a business-facing HRBP or Generalist role. • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; high level of professionalism, integrity, discretion and judgment; strong attention to detail; ability to solve problems, prioritize, in a fast-paced and changing environment • Experience using people data to build a business case and influence decisions • Other: Required to obtain security clearance.
